▣ Company: 외국계F&B
▣ Position: Sr. Tax Manager
▣ Responsibilities
▪ Lead/review various tax returns (e.g. Liquor tax, CIT, VAT, WHT, LIT, TP, etc) and ensure the accuracy for the Company and the subsidiary
▪ Cope with various tax investigations
▪ Analyze/manage tax risks and implement risk mitigation processes ▪ Manage internal & external tax issues and provide instruction
▪ Lead various projects related to tax ▪ Perform financial closing & support accounting process related to tax & inter-company transaction
▪ Global & APAC reporting
▪ Implement global policies and improve internal control process
▪ Other duties as assigned
▣ Requirements
▪ Strong expertise and experience in tax
▪ Accounting, financial & business operational knowledge
▪ Leadership and good inter-personal skills
▪ Fluency in written & spoken English. Good communication ski
▪ Tax returns, tax investigations or tax consulting experiences
▪ Multinational Companies / Accounting Firms / Local Major Companies
