▣ Company: 글로벌명품
▣ Position: Supply Chain Manager
▣ Responsibilities
Demand Planning Korea
• Responsible for forecast accuracy & processes
• Review monthly forecasts and propose adjustments
• Prepare annual forecasts on novelties with local market team
• Lead S&OP implement additional KPIs and create stable processes
• Liaise between Marketing & Sales teams
• Ensure a good communication & information flow between Market and HQ Supply Chain
Allocation, stock management & replenishment
• Monitor stock levels and take actions if needed
• Manage monthly supply planning of finished goods (MRP in SAP) from central warehouse in Germany and arrange inbound delivery (importation by air freight) to Korea to meet customer demand
• Implement safety stock concept according to global inventory management guidelines
• Actively manage age tracking and scrapping process
• Follow up on destruction calendar (Central Warehouse)
LSP Management
• Supervise customer service activities in team for order entry, interface between SAP and POS system including resolving customer complaints
• Attend monthly business reviews to ensure service level fulfillment by LSP according to agreed KPIs
• Manage and coordinate VAS planning activity according to monthly sales and marketing plan
• Ensure company is in compliance with laws and regulations in Korea regarding importation and local distribution, including the products which need CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species)
• Improve collaboration and logistic related processes
▣ Requirements
• >5 years of work experience in Supply Chain,
ideally in demand planning, supply planning and
logistics
• Hand’s-on experience in dealing with 3rd party
logistics partner and service level control
• Familiar with Korea customs procedures, policies
& regulations
• Strong analytical skills, structured and process
oriented thinking
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with
international teams and with cross functions
• SAP, MS Office, QlickView, QlickSense
• Beauty industry knowledge a plus
• Profound English skills (solid business English a
must to lead international discussion)
• Proactive & independent
