▣ Position: Channel Account Manager (부장 - 이사급)


▣ Responsibilities

• To enhance the relationship with customer users to promote sustainable revenue growth in Korea Region that include Customers Management as well as Channel Management to develop & execute growth plans for Channels in assigned territory.
• To achieve a deep wallet share for Company with the assigned channel & partner
• To manage sales funnel, plan & execute activities and programs to meet business objectives
• Additional responsibilities may include establishing contact, business development, cultivation, product positioning proposal, presentation and closing channel sales.
• Analyses the potential partner audience;
• Collects marketing information about partner’s consumer demands;
• Prepares and negotiates, presentations, meetings, including away meetings;
• Submits the partners the ways of solving issues, which have not been agreed during negotiations;
• Maintains a constant contact with existing partners, organizes cooperation with these partners in accordance with established business schemes;
• Develops schemes of cooperation with partners (submits special con-tract conditions, discount system and individual service, short terms and special conditions of duties per-forming under the contract);
• Establishes the backup mechanism with partners;
• Forms the data bank about partners, timely amends the data;
• Any other responsibilities will be assigned from time to time


▣ Requirements

- Min 5 years’ experience in channel management
- Experience in the IT security industry and market positioning strategies is deeply desired
- Independent, mature, stable, dynamic, energetic with a strong sense of dedication, meticulous, organized & result oriented team player
- Possess good business acumen in channel sales management with a deep motivation for achievement the channel sales targets
- Possess good track record with reseller’s top management relationship
- Good presentation and selling skills are mandatory
- Possess a high degree of diplomacy & tactful in dealing with issues and difficult situations
- Consultative/Influence/Facilitation & Negotiation skills
- MNC Principal back-ground or large Disti. is preferred
- Requires Degree up or equivalent combination of education and experience in fields that covers information security, Network security, Computer Software, Computer Hardware
- Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under minimal supervision to provide detailed technical knowledge of Company software products
- Excellent command / proficient in spoken and written English
