▣ Position: SCM Overseas Buyer
▣ Responsibility
- Develop global AUT/HYD product line sourcing strategy, and lead commodity specific sourcing strategies.
- Build global strategic supply base capacity for the responsible commodities that meets the business growth, capacity and performance needs.
- Manage oversea suppliers on time delivery
- Build strong positive relationships with strategic supply base.
- Program and project management of cost down projects to meet profit plan.
- Responsible for supplier negotiations / cost.
- Responsible for supply continuity and risk mitigation for responsible commodities.
- Responsible for negotiation and maintenance of supplier contracts and commercial terms.
▣ Requirements
- Less than 5 years managerial experience in supply chain management.
- At least 4 year bachelor’s degree in business , engineering , or management required with certification in supply chain management preferred.
- Communications, interpersonal and project management skills
- Computer literate, including familiarity with Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office/Windows
- Language skills: fluency in English
Essential Functions:
- Experience supply chain activities within Korea Division.
- Procurement Parts and Import Goods from overseas.
- Implement PFEP(Plan For Every Parts).
- Manage DSI of Oversea Inventory
- Manage Oversea's transportation logistics and Warehouse.
