▣ Responsibilities Manage of Supply chain and Forwarding, 3PL Task 1: Manage inbound shipment processes and infrastructure - Coordinate with global and regional customs to fulfill requirement of international regulations - Forecasting inbound volume and share this information with 3PL monthly base to set up the Capacity plan - Communicate with customs broker to keep the regulation for tariff advantage - SAP condition master adjustment through the inbound cost analysis quarterly bases (time spent) 15% Task 2: Warehouse operation and 3PL management - 3PLS Biding and selection through cost analysis based on the quotation and service quality - Check / Monitor warehouse operation process and find the most cost efficiency way - 3PL management to meet the company’s business target and requirement - Stock taking and SAP adjustment the result 30% Task 3: Budget & Forecasting - Manage 3PL cost Budget and Forecasting - Alert any potential forecast deviation in a timely manner with qualified impact. - Provide transparency with right and reliable information - Manage BU and FC1~3 & RFC 15% Task 4: SAP MM Module key user - Maintain and find improvement way for SAP MM module via communication with IT team - Join SAP project as a company MM module key user. 10% Task 5: Inventory management - Manage and share inventory management report by location monthly base - Co-work with sales & P&A team for inventory liquidation plan and lead the 3PL to meet the PKL’s requirement - Forecast year end inventory level and communicate with related team. 10% Task 6: Lead the team - Lead and training team members to perform their job properly - Set-up the KPI and coach team members to achieve the target - Motivate and Harmonize the team 10% Task 7: Communicate with other department - Listen other department requirement and share it with team member to find best solution and if need lead the 3PL to meet the our requirement - Share the result and communicate with other Department 10%
▣ Requirements - SCM 관련 경력 15년 이상 - Logistic 에 대한 이해가 높은자 - Team Leading 경력 - FMCG 출신 선호 - 3PL 업체 핸들링 경험
