▣ Position: H2E Business Developer (Upstream)
▣ Responsibilities
1. Business and Market Analysis
- Build in-depth understanding of H2E markets through marketing studies: Anticipate a short- to long-term new developments in Korea to communicate with WBL (Marketing, Technologies, Industrial Operations, etc) and Project development teams.
- Timely update market outlook and market intelligence by regular reports
- Profitability and efficiency analysis
2. Support for Business Development
- Define new business opportunities (B2B and B2C) and interact with customer and specify required technical solutions/schemes for new business opportunity.
- Contribute to developing the 5 -year Strategic Business Plan in line with company’s strategy/vision.
- Prepare, present the proposal to customer, negotiate with external stakeholders and win the project; draft and conclude H2E contract (Gas supply or financial Investment based on the proposal, ensuring adherence to law-established internal Group’s rules and guidelines
- Actively coordinate the inter-team and Business Lines for project development and manage the project timeline to meet the target milestone.
- Analyze the results achieved on annual base and propose business plan update.
- Project documentation incl. Canonical appendix and Project note for internal project review at Project Selection Committee
3. Safety
- Ensure zero accident in H2E business
▣ Requirements
- Bachelor in Chemical En /Chem. Double major in Chem./Mechanical Eng and Business Administration (Preferred)
- 8~10 yrs experience in Business Planning/Strategy
- English level : Fluent
a/ Mix of business lines and business development experiences,
b/ Role with strategic focus
c/ Customer facing role
d/ Good financial knowledge
e/ Double major in Business administration and Chemical/Mechanical engineering
