¢Ã Responsibilities 1. Payroll - Daily operation: Timely response to staff inquiries building up effective communication with employees - Maintaining and managing salary system personnel DB based on personnel system/time and attendance system data - Year-end tax adjustment - Accident and social insurance – applying for new staff and cancelling for resigner - Manage employee¡¯s social insurance; Application of insurance about Monthly change in personnel (new staff, resigner, leaver) - Payment & calculation of Four Social Insurances - Monthly & Yearly accounting of Health & Pension insurance - Managing annual leave
2. Attendance & Annual leave management - Attendance record management (HRIS) - Confirmation and approval of attendance
¢Ã Requirements - Prefer 3-5 years of relevant experience - Good MS office skills(Excel & PPT) - Experienced Duzon program and HRIS.
