▣ Responsibilities
Reporting to the Electronics head of department, the incumbent is responsible for managing all field and day-to-day technical customer requests and new product introduction into high volume manufacturing, and for supporting new product developments, by coordinating with internal stakeholders (e.g. Q-EHS, Technical Marketing team, R&D…) to provide timely responses and to achieve the strategy/objectives of the Electronics business line. At large scope, it is required to initiate and engage in engineering projects from customers in the perspective of technical solution, timing, cost effectiveness, wafer capacity, etc. in coordination with company R&D and tech marketing, and product management team accordingly. Ultimately, the technology roadmap alignment between company and customer's R&D, Development, and high volume manufacturing needs to be delivered by mapping out both scaling technology intelligence and potential markets.
Through its extended interactions within the customer organization (MTT, R&D, Facility, Process, Procurement,...), the Field Application Engineer is also responsible to promote company, build intimacy with the customer and bring out sales opportunities.
▣ Requirements
Master or Bachelor in Chemical Engineering/Material/Semiconductor
10 years in semiconductor materials or semiconductor devices or gas
Fluent level in English
